Join Donna Crivello and John Brown on Wednesday, April 15th at 5:30 PM for a special Spring Class & Dinner celebrating the flavors of the season.
Donna will demonstrate how to prepare a beautiful three-course menu featuring baked stuffed artichokes, a seasonal lamb entree, and ricotta cheesecake. Throughout the evening, John will guide guests through the preparation of two cocktails designed to pair with the dishes.
Guests will get instructions and help prepare the food and drinks, enjoy the full dinner together and leave with the recipes and techniques needed to recreate the menu and cocktails at home.
