Join us at Cosima on Wednesday, July 15th at 5:30 for Coal Fire & Cocktails, a summer grilling class and dinner centered around four courses of live-fire cooking, seasonal flavors, and warm-weather entertaining.

The evening will feature food by Donna Crivello, who will guide guests through grilling techniques and dishes inspired by the season, along with a cocktail portion led by John Brown. Guests will enjoy a class-style experience followed by a seated dinner featuring the food and cocktails from the evening.

Tickets are $130 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
